Returns and Exchanges

A return/exchange form is packed with each order. On this form you will find all info and directions on how to process a return or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: ANY ITEM LISTED AS PRE-ORDER CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Only a store credit will be issued for these items. All returns or exchanges can be made by contacting us at sales@alyannaclothing.com for any further questions. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt ONLY if they are unworn or damaged upon arrival. If there is evidence of wear and tear, makeup stains, or an odor the item will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange. Please make sure all items are returned in original packaging to company address. Once item is received and cleared, a refund or exchange may then be granted. Please note, we do not offer free returns and the shipping charge will not be refunded. We suggest using a valid shipping method to return such as USPS, UPS or fedex that provide tracking numbers to track your package and show proof of return. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer standard ground shipping, typically 3-5 business days for a flat rate of $7.99 and international orders are a flat rate of $20. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of purchase unless they are on back-order, delayed or a pre-order item. Once your purchase is confirmed, all tracking info will be sent via email which will give you location access to your package. You can also track your order directly on our website under "TRACK MY ORDER". If there are any problems with shipping please contact us at sales@alyannaclothing.com so all issues can be promptly rectified. Please note all customs/duties and or taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the overall shipping charge. 

*ADDITIONALLY, ALYANNA BY ALEXANDRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once we send you a confirmation email with shipping and tracking details we are no longer held accountable for that package. Once a package crosses our borders, we do not have control of this package. If you have any concerns please contact your local mail carrier service.
